Retail Cosmetics Sales Counter Manager - MAC

About This Role

Lead a team of Beauty Advisors, manage a specific cosmetics brand, and drive sales and customer engagement through personalized consultations and expert product application, fostering long-lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dynamic team of Beauty Advisors and manage all aspects of a specific cosmetics brand
• Deliver genuine hospitality through personalized consultations, expert product application, and understanding customer preferences
• Inspire teamwork to drive sales and elevate the customer experience by creating meaningful connections
• Cultivate a loyal customer base through outreach, follow-up, and consistent, personalized service
• Analyze business performance, execute vendor events and promotions, and partner with vendors and store leadership to grow the business
• Oversee stock presentation, hygiene standards, and team performance to ensure an exceptional and polished brand experience
• Set the tone by reviewing daily sales goals, staying informed on new launches, top-performing products, and current beauty trends
• Maintain a shoppable space by ensuring testers are clean and well-stocked, signage and pricing are current, and displays reflect brand standards
• Coach the team to share Loyalty benefits and ensure customers leave with everything they need
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits

Requirements

• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, lift at least 25lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders, reach, including above eye level

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant retail, beauty, or leadership experience preferred
