About This Role

As a Beauty Advisor, provide expert advice and personalized consultations to customers, demonstrating products and building lasting client relationships to drive sales and achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates, ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers
• Review sales goals and stay updated on trends and promotions
• Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations with customers
• Maintain the counter and sales floor, refresh signage and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves
• Share Loyalty program benefits, process transactions, and thank customers sincerely
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships and educating on product benefits
• Drive sales and client loyalty by leveraging clienteling tools and participating in sales events
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
