About This Role

Serve as a Beauty Advisor, providing personalized cosmetic consultations and product demonstrations to customers. Build lasting client relationships and achieve sales goals through expert advice and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and ensure the sales floor is clean and organized
• Review sales goals and stay updated on new arrivals, top-selling items, and current promotions
• Engage with customers, offering warm welcomes and personalized conversations to build relationships
• Provide expert advice, conduct product demonstrations, and offer tailored consultations including makeup application and skincare recommendations
• Introduce customers to new items and innovations matching their needs and style
• Proactively grow and manage a loyal client base through consistent follow-up and virtual outreach
• Maintain the counter and sales floor, refresh signage and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves
• Share Loyalty program benefits and use point-of-sale technology for transactions
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Ability to deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships, uncovering needs, demonstrating products, and educating customers
• Ability to drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space, leveraging clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying current through training
• Ability to meet and surpass daily sales goals
• Ability to effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
