About This Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you will be the trusted expert for customers, providing personalized shopping experiences and driving sales in cosmetics. You will educate customers on products, conduct demonstrations, and build lasting client relationships by staying current on beauty trends and offering tailored consultations.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers
• Review sales goals and stay updated on new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions
• Offer a warm welcome to customers, making eye contact and creating friendly, personal conversations
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships, uncovering needs, demonstrating product application, and educating on benefits
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized counter, using clienteling tools, and participating in sales events
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by providing exceptional service
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions
• Maintain a shoppable space, refresh signage and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves
• Share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have everything they need, and end with a sincere thank-you

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
