About This Role

As a Cosmetic Sales Colleague, also known as a Beauty Advisor, you will serve as the trusted expert for all beauty needs, creating personalized and inspiring shopping experiences, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, make eye contact, and initiate friendly conversations to build relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and counter space
• Refresh signage and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves as needed
• Promote Loyalty program benefits and assist customers with all their needs
• Achieve daily sales goals by providing exceptional service and product knowledge
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions
• Stay updated on current trends, new arrivals, and top-selling items to educate customers

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Ability to deliver personalized beauty experiences by building customer relationships, uncovering needs, demonstrating product application, and educating on benefits
• Ability to drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space, leveraging clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying updated through training and vendor education
• Ability to meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Ability to effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
