About This Role

As a Cosmetics Sales Colleague, you will serve as a beauty advisor, providing personalized shopping experiences, expert advice, and product demonstrations to build confidence and drive sales. This role focuses on building lasting client relationships through consistent follow-up and tailored consultations.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and engage in friendly, personal conversations to build relationships
• Maintain a clean, organized, and shoppable sales floor and counter
• Prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, new arrivals, and current trends
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences through product demonstrations and skincare recommendations
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space and leveraging clienteling tools
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by providing exceptional service
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Effectively use point-of-sale technology to streamline transactions
• Refresh signage and pricing, and assist with merchandise moves as needed

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Ability to deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships, uncovering needs, demonstrating product application, and educating on benefits
• Ability to drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining organized space, leveraging clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and staying updated through training and vendor education
• Ability to meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Ability to effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools
• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience
