About This Role

As a Beauty Advisor, you will serve as a trusted expert for customers seeking beauty advice. You will create personalized shopping experiences, offer product demonstrations, and provide tailored consultations to drive sales and build loyal client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet teammates and ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
• Review sales goals and stay updated on new arrivals, top-selling items, and promotions.
• Offer a warm welcome, make eye contact, and create friendly, personal conversations to build customer relationships.
• Maintain a shoppable space by organizing the counter and sales floor, refreshing signage, and assisting with merchandise moves.
• Share Loyalty program benefits and process transactions using point-of-sale technology.
• Deliver personalized beauty experiences by building relationships, uncovering needs, and demonstrating product application.
• Drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space and leveraging clienteling tools.
• Meet and surpass daily sales goals by providing exceptional service.
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Ability to deliver personalized beauty experiences through relationship building, needs assessment, product demonstration, and education.
• Ability to drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space, leveraging clienteling tools, participating in sales events, and continuous learning.
• Ability to meet and surpass daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or selling experience required
