About This Role

As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you provide outstanding customer service, helping customers find the perfect piece of fine jewelry or watch. You leverage expertise in products and consultative selling to build lasting client relationships and meet sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex
• Bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to every interaction
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands
• Educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets
• Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and active use of clientele program
• Promote loyalty and warranty programs
• Support inventory and fulfillment activities
• Ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise
• Achieve sales goals, Client and Protection plan goals
• Acquire new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Ability to provide product recommendations, assisting with fittings and digital shopping tools
• Ability to drive sales and operational excellence by leveraging product knowledge
• Ability to use point-of-sale tools effectively and ensure accurate stock presentation, replenishment, and asset protection compliance
• Ability to drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized and shoppable space

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of related experience required
