About This Role

As a Fine Jewelry Sales Colleague, you will provide outstanding customer service, helping customers find the perfect piece of jewelry while achieving sales goals. You will educate customers on products and build lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service in Fine Jewelry and Watch Complex
• Bring elegance, expertise, and personalized service to every interaction
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of precious metals, gemstones, and luxury brands
• Educate and assist customers in selecting items that suit their tastes, preferences, and budgets
• Build lasting client relationships through consultative selling and active use of clientele program
• Meet sales goals for loyalty and warranty programs
• Support inventory and fulfillment activities
• Support special events
• Ensure the security, accuracy, and impeccable presentation of merchandise
• Work closely with team to achieve sales goals and uphold operational excellence

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays
• Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors
• Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules/procedures in English
• Ability to provide product recommendations, assist with fittings and digital shopping tools
• Ability to drive sales and operational excellence leveraging product knowledge and point-of-sale tools
• Ability to drive sales and client loyalty by maintaining an organized space and leveraging clienteling tools
• Achieving Client and Protection plan goals
• Responsible for acquiring new customers by opening credit accounts and sharing loyalty benefits
• Meeting and surpassing daily sales goals by delivering exceptional service
• Ability to effectively use point-of-sale technology and digital tools to streamline transactions
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs
• Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders
