About This Role

Manage a luxury cosmetics brand at Macy's, fostering a positive environment for both customers and Beauty Advisors. Coach and develop a team to deliver exceptional service and drive business growth through personalized client relationships and strong product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team with expertise in product knowledge, customer service, and artistry
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships to drive sustainable business growth for the brand
• Coach the team on clienteling tools for personalized follow-ups and client retention
• Deliver exceptional service and create authentic connections with beauty and fragrance customers
• Use selling techniques that prioritize client needs while achieving personal sales goals
• Monitor and analyze business performance across daily, weekly, monthly, seasonal, and annual sales metrics
• Plan and execute business-driving events to meet department goals
• Oversee the presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment of stock
• Build strong partnerships with brand representatives and vendors
• Manage vendor events and promotions, including scheduling and execution
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Foster an environment of acceptance and respect that strengthens relationships

Requirements

• Proven ability to lead teams with clarity and purpose
• Deep knowledge of assigned vendor line(s) and current beauty trends
• Strong ability to interpret metrics and detailed reports to develop actionable plans
• Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
