About This Role

Serve as a customer liaison, providing financial expertise and consultative advice on personal banking solutions to achieve business objectives and help customers meet financial goals. This role requires working in multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for customers and colleagues on TD's products, services, policies, and procedures for personal and business banking
• Make product recommendations based on customer needs and highlight features and benefits
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools for proactive customer assessments and outbound sales activities
• Evaluate and resolve issues, errors, and problems based on existing practices
• Explain detailed and complicated information within the team
• Build working relationships with customers and related teams
• Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities to deliver an unexpectedly human promise
• Engage in conversations about loan products and facilitate application intake
• Deliver a Legendary Customer Experience by building relationships and providing service and advice
• Ensure documentation is accurate and reflects client/business intentions and regulatory compliance

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED
• 2+ years of related experience
• Ability to work in multiple locations (same-day travel within a designated region)
• Superior Customer Service skills
• Strong organization skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must maintain an active registration status with NMLS

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required; 2 year degree preferred
• 2+ years of related experience required

Nice to Have

• 2 year degree
• Teller experience
• Notary License
