Restaurant General Manager

About This Role

Lead and manage all areas of a new fast-casual restaurant, including P&L success, staff training, and operations, ensuring high-quality food, quick execution, and a positive guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of the restaurant, including P&L success
• Train and continually develop staff members to Plucked Standards
• Open and close restaurant shifts, including holidays as necessary
• Manage team members during scheduled shifts, including documenting employee issues and discipline
• Create timely and accurate sales and labor forecasts for the restaurant
• Implement and maintain proper food and beverage handling processes
• Ensure proper food safety and quality by following all systems and checklists
• Develop self and team members to Plucked standards of service, food quality, and sanitation
