This Respiratory Therapist CRT PRN position involves demonstrating proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care and other multidisciplinary assigned skills, ensuring compliance with hospital and respiratory policies. The role plays a vital part in patient care within a leading medical facility.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate proficiency in all modalities of Respiratory Care
- Perform other multidisciplinary assigned skills as defined by training and competency demonstration
- Execute assignments responsibly
- Comply with hospital and respiratory policies in all patient care
- Potentially work with Respiratory Students in the clinical care setting
Requirements
- Graduated from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC
- Must be credentialed as CRT by NBRC upon hire
- Licensed by the Texas Medical Board as a Respiratory Care Practitioner
- Current American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS provider
Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school for Respiratory Care, recognized by the NBRC
- One-year experience in Respiratory Care preferred
