Residential Therapist

About This Role

Provide clinical services including diagnosis, assessment, and treatment planning for individuals with mental illness in residential treatment programs. You will also perform individual and group therapy, skills training, and case management while providing clinical supervision to direct care staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical services for Clear Vue RTH and Pine Ridge RTF programs
• Perform comprehensive psychosocial mental health assessments and updates
• Develop treatment plans aligned with diagnosis and goals
• Perform mental health treatment services like individual and group therapy
• Provide skills training and case management
• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to residential direct care staff
• Demonstrate competence in leadership, wellness, oversight, and evaluation of services
• Document treatment interventions, rationale, and progress in the EHR
• Maintain compliance with established productivity standards and EHR competency expectations

Requirements

• Eligible for Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) registration
• Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
• One (1) year of post-graduate clinical experience in a mental health treatment setting
• Ability to pass a DHS criminal background check
