Manage the entire renewal process for accreditation customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals while fostering strong client relationships. Communicate with clients, identify new opportunities, and analyze renewal data to improve strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the entire renewal process for customers, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
• Communicate with clients regarding upcoming renewals, providing information and addressing any concerns
• Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and Account Advisors to identify renewal opportunities and strategize approaches for client retention
• Monitor and track renewal dates, creating alerts and reports to ensure no contracts lapse
• Analyze renewal data and trends to develop insights and improve renewal strategies
• Maintain accurate records, documenting all interactions and updates related to renewals
