Remote Sensing Project Manager

About This Role

Manage remote sensing projects from inception to completion, oversee technical and financial aspects, and lead a growing team to deliver high-quality services for clients in civil, power delivery, and renewable markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from inception through completion
• Prepare and manage proposals, contracts, invoicing, work in process and account receivables
• Maintain and coordinate project schedules for multiple concurrent projects with clients
• Recruit, manage, develop, lead, inspire, and coach a growing team
• Produce high-quality work and implement/maintain QA/QC procedures
• Support business development in proposal preparation
• Identify scope creep, write and capture additional services in a timely manner
• Oversee the technical, legal, and financial aspects of various projects
• Coordinate with other disciplines and support services
• Make independent decisions regarding various issues and methods

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience
• 10+ years of industry experience
• Full technical understanding of all aspects of Remote Sensing
• Experience within civil, power delivery, and renewable markets
• Expertise with multiple remote sensing technologies
• Strong communication skills with team members and clients
• Ability to delegate assignments and determine methods and procedures

Qualifications

• 10+ years of industry experience, with 5+ years in project management
