Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and collaboration
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or Microsoft Project
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while managing remote teams effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing projects in a remote or distributed team environment

Nice to Have

  • PMP or equivalent certification
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
