Project Manager

About This Role

Join the Business Integration team to manage, plan, monitor, and report on key projects from conception through implementation at Spectrum. This role involves delivering initiatives to improve customer and agent experiences and reduce contact rates within the digital telecommunications industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned projects
• Create and manage detailed end-to-end project plans, outlining risks and dependencies
• Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards and business expectations
• Track costs and performance, service levels, and other metrics required to meet goals and objectives
• Gain consensus from stakeholders to ensure successful project implementation
• Meet with internal customers of an assigned project to gather feedback, and provide status updates and reports

Requirements

• 2+ years of Project Management experience
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to prioritize and organize effectively
• Ability to manage multiple projects and assignments
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to analyze and interpret data
• Knowledge and ability to use computer and software applications including Microsoft Project
• Critical thinking skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field, or equivalent experience
• 2 or more years of Project Management experience

Nice to Have

• Project Management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
