Project Manager

About This Role

Lead complex construction and mechanical projects from planning through completion, ensuring high-quality work, on-time delivery, and within budget. This role involves coordinating multiple teams, managing documentation, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and closeout activities
• Coordinate with fabrication, BIM, vendors, and field teams
• Manage equipment and ductwork submittals and technical documentation
• Oversee purchasing, material flow, and site logistics
• Monitor progress, schedules, and change orders
• Support accurate billing and financial reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contract standards
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and project partners

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant field experience
• Experience with large mechanical installations and rooftop equipment
• Background in multi-family, hospitality, or large commercial projects
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of construction documents and drawings
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant field experience (or equivalent education and PM background)

Nice to Have

• Trade certification, apprenticeship, or journeyman credentials
• Experience with CAD, BIM, or Timberline
