Project Manager

About This Role

Support cross-functional product and engineering initiatives for a client building advanced human data infrastructure for AI systems. This role involves planning, coordination, and execution to ensure projects are well-scoped, tracked, and delivered on time in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning and execution across product and engineering teams
• Break down requirements into actionable tasks and maintain sprint boards and backlogs
• Track deadlines and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
• Document project decisions, updates, and action items
• Identify blockers early and escalate appropriately
• Coordinate meetings, stand-ups, and sprint ceremonies
• Maintain project dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility
• Help ensure alignment between product, design, and engineering teams

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
• Comfort operating in fast-moving environments
• Proactive mindset with strong ownership mentality
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Experience with tools such as Jira, Linear, Notion, monday.com, or Slack

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles

Nice to Have

• Experience in a startup, product, or engineering environment
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Interest in AI, SaaS, or technology products
