About This Role

Manage and track all payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions for clients and vendors. This part-time, commission-based role offers flexible hours for self-motivated individuals.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all payment transactions, including incoming and outgoing payments
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payments
  • Maintain detailed and organized records of all payment activities
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, or team members regarding payment issues professionally
  • Follow company policies and maintain the confidentiality of sensitive financial information
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payment operations

Requirements
