Remote OCM Consultant

About This Role

This role involves guiding organizations through digital transformation using Microsoft 365 technologies, with a focus on Organizational Change Management (OCM) strategies to enhance user adoption. The consultant will develop and implement OCM plans and empower teams to effectively utilize tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.

Responsibilities

• Work with the OCM Practice Manager and elite team on various projects
• Conduct OCM activities including vision discovery and change scope analysis
• Develop and implement new offerings related to Microsoft Copilot
• Strategize communication and training plans for digital transformation
• Educate stakeholders and users to ease the transition
• Measure and report the success of change initiatives
• Design change management plans using best practices
• Provide leadership and guidance to junior consultants
• Collaborate with project teams to align OCM efforts with project objectives
• Stay updated on emerging technologies to create new OCM materials

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies including Copilot, Teams, and SharePoint
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience with user research and post-implementation reviews
• Ability to proactively respond to internal/external inquiries
• Demonstrated expertise in OCM projects applied to Microsoft 365
• Proven ability to lead assessments with various levels of stakeholders
• Track record of delivering results and adapting to diverse cultures

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management or adoption functions

Nice to Have

• Experience with GCC High migration projects
