About This Role

The Marketing Manager will develop and execute global marketing plans and projects aligned with Alliance business strategies for a leading client organization. This role involves partnering with Alliance leadership, marketing teams, and external vendors to deliver impactful, budget-driven marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement global marketing plans aligned with Alliance and business objectives.
  • Execute agreed-upon, budget-driven marketing initiatives supporting major programs and campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external Alliance partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage marketing logistics, reporting, and lead tracking to support effective follow-up and ROI measurement.
  • Analyze marketing metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and adjust strategies and tactics as needed.
  • Coordinate internal service providers and manage external vendors supporting marketing projects.
  • Act as a global team member by sharing marketing best practices, tools, and tactics across teams and regions.
  • Assess marketing needs and oversee the creation, editing, production, and distribution of marketing content and materials.
  • Identify opportunities to reuse and scale messaging, content, and proven best practices across initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8 years of marketing experience
  • 1 year of project- or role-based experience in a global environment
  • Advanced generalist marketing experience with the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to collaborate and implement joint marketing plans with Alliance vendors and partners
  • Experience working effectively within virtual, geographically dispersed teams, with sensitivity to multicultural perspectives

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum of 8 years of marketing experience, including at least 1 year of project- or role-based experience in a global environment.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with internet and intranet content management tools
  • Strong understanding of global professional services organizations
