Manage and lead programs involving multiple functions and project teams for HPC and AI deployment. Drive engineering development, ensure project success and efficiency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage and lead a program involving multiple functions and project teams to drive engineering development
- Develop schedules, critical deliverables, budgets, and resource allocation plans for assigned programs
- Monitor project team activities and ensure progress towards established goals
- Communicate progress, escalations, and issue analysis to stakeholders
- Collaborate with management to recommend changes to product processes and practices
- Drive integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects
- Lead and mentor less-experienced staff members
Requirements
- 6-10 years of experience in project management
- Extensive experience with project and program planning tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong business acumen with successful program management experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent
- 6-10 years of experience in project management
