Registered Nurse (RN) Observation Unit

About This Role

Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families in a 12-bed Observation Unit, assessing evolving patient conditions and developing appropriate care plans. This role requires strong assessment and time management skills to deliver timely and efficient care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs
• Assess evolving patient conditions
• Identify actual and potential health concerns
• Develop appropriate care plans
• Deliver interventions directly or coordinate through collaboration with other nursing team members

Requirements

• RN experience
• Strong telemetry background
• Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN
• Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA or American Red Cross)

Qualifications

• ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing

Nice to Have

• Prior Clinical Nursing Experience
