Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families in a 12-bed Observation Unit, assessing evolving patient conditions and developing appropriate care plans. This role requires strong assessment and time management skills to deliver timely and efficient care in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled, compassionate care to patients and families across a spectrum of needs
- Assess evolving patient conditions
- Identify actual and potential health concerns
- Develop appropriate care plans
- Deliver interventions directly or coordinate through collaboration with other nursing team members
Requirements
- RN experience
- Strong telemetry background
- Active MD RN License or Active Compact State RN
- Basic Life Support for Healthcare providers (AHA or American Red Cross)
Qualifications
- ADN, BSN, MSN, or CNL from an accredited School of Nursing
Nice to Have
- Prior Clinical Nursing Experience
