About This Role

Coordinates total nursing care for adult-geriatric patients in a Med Surg setting, providing patient and family teaching and leadership to maintain professional nursing standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate total nursing care for patients
• Participate in patient and family teaching
• Provide leadership by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in the clinical setting

Requirements

• 2+ years Med Surg experience
• Willingness to float to Thompson Unit if needed
• Willingness to float to Kingsbury CUSTODIAL patients as needed
• EPIC experience
• Own vehicle
• NH license in-hand at profile upload

Qualifications

• 2+ years Med Surg experience
