Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services, teaching patients, families, and healthcare team members. Perform services according to physician's orders and established plans of care in a home-based setting.
Responsibilities
- Administer skilled care to patients requiring intermittent professional services
- Teach the patient, family, and other members of the health care team
- Perform services in accordance with the physician’s orders and the established plan of care (POC)
Requirements
- Licensed in the state where they currently practice as an RN
- At least one year experience as a licensed professional
- Basic demonstrated technology skills, including operation of a mobile device
- Valid state driver license
- Automobile liability insurance as required by law
- Dependable transportation in good working condition
- Ability to safely drive an automobile in all types of weather conditions
- CPR certification for the healthcare provider
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved school of clinical education
- At least one year of experience as a licensed professional
Nice to Have
- Medicare home health or hospice experience
