About This Role

Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting, working with patients with various impairments and progressive diseases. Make a meaningful impact in home-based care as part of a national leader in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and provide skilled speech-language therapy to individuals in a home setting under the care of an attending physician
  • Treat patients with language impairments, motor speech disorders, dysphagia, cognitive communication difficulties, and voice disorders
  • Assist patients requiring alternative or augmentative communication
  • Work with patients who have experienced a stroke, Parkinson’s disease, and dementia

Requirements

  • Valid state driver’s license
  • Automobile liability insurance
  • Dependable transportation
  • Currently licensed as an SLP in the State of Employment
