About This Role

Supervise the clinical operations of a home health team, reporting directly to the Agency Administrator. This role requires organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication to problem-solve issues in home health care delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the clinical operations of your team of field staff
• Report directly to the Agency Administrator
• Understand issues related to the delivery of home health care services
• Problem solve issues related to home health care services
• Review plans of care on a daily basis

Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the position is based
• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
• Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months
• Current driver's license
• Automobile insurance

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of professional nursing
• Minimum of one-year nursing experience within the last 36 months

Nice to Have

• Medicare home health experience
• Previous management/supervisory experience
• Knowledge of OASIS and Medicare guidelines
