This role involves providing essential occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, working under the supervision of a Director of Nurses and a licensed Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities
- Provide therapy services to clients in their homes
- Work under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and a licensed Occupational Therapist
- Follow the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist
Requirements
- Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices
- Dependable transportation
- Ability to drive in all weather conditions
