This role involves providing essential occupational therapy services to clients in their homes, working under the supervision of a Director of Nurses and a licensed Occupational Therapist. Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to clients in their homes
• Work under the supervision of the Director of Nurses and a licensed Occupational Therapist
• Follow the Plan of Care established by the Occupational Therapist

Requirements

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the state in which he/she practices
• Dependable transportation
• Ability to drive in all weather conditions
