About This Role

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the ER, making a meaningful impact in patients' lives while fostering professional growth and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Satisfactorily complete nursing care by the nursing team
Manage and provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families
Apply independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members
Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers
Delegate, assess, provide and evaluate patient care
Monitor patient progress and prepare patient for discharge
Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities

Requirements

Graduation from a school of nursing
Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
American Heart Association (AHA) BLS
