Responsibilities
- Satisfactorily complete nursing care by the nursing team
- Manage and provide patient care activities for a group of patients and their families
- Apply independent judgment, communication and collaboration with all team members
- Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other health care providers
- Delegate, assess, provide and evaluate patient care
- Monitor patient progress and prepare patient for discharge
- Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities
Requirements
- Graduation from a school of nursing
- Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
- American Heart Association (AHA) BLS
Qualifications
- Graduation from a school of nursing
