About This Role

Join a dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse, making a meaningful impact in patients' lives, particularly in the Neonatal unit. The role involves managing and providing patient care, collaborating with healthcare providers, and supervising other team members.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers
  • Delegate, assess, provide, and evaluate patient care
  • Provide and delegate patient care activities to team members
  • Monitor patient progress and prepare patient for discharge
  • Report directly to senior unit management and participate in shared decision-making activities

Requirements

  • Graduation from a school of nursing
  • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of Michigan
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS

Qualifications

  • Graduation from a school of nursing
