Registered Nurse (RN)

About This Role

PAM Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver, direct, and supervise patient care using the nursing process, focusing on interdisciplinary planning and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process while delivering, directing, and supervising care to admitted patients
• Plan, coordinate, and provide patient care
• Conduct interdisciplinary planning
• Perform discharge planning
• Provide patient and family teaching for post-hospitalization
• Access community resources
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested, including Charge Nurse duties (if ACLS certified)

Requirements

• RN License in the state of practice
• Current BLS certification
• Current ACLS certification (required for Charge Nurses, High Obs, and ICU from day 1)

Qualifications

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience preferred but not required.

Nice to Have

• One year of inpatient medical-surgical nursing experience
• Prior experience in emergency or critical care environments
• High comfort level working with vents/trachs/PICC lines
• 2 years of experience in direct patient care
