About This Role

Provide holistic, quality trauma-informed care to specialized patient populations within the Institute of Living at Hartford Hospital. This role involves assessment, treatment planning, medication management, and patient education, working collaboratively with healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic, quality trauma informed care for specialized patient population
• Perform patient assessment
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Manage patient medication
• Provide patient education
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
• CT RN license required upon starting
• Certified BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA)
• Ability to effectively communicate information in English
