Provide direct patient care on a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) for complex medical and surgical patients. Utilize evidence-based practices to develop and implement individualized plans of care, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.
Responsibilities
- Utilize evidence based practices in accordance with the State Nurse Practice Act, policies and procedures of the hospital
- Develop a plan of care using the nursing process to meet the physical, emotional spiritual, cultural and educational needs of the patient and family
Requirements
- ASN/BSN
- Registered Nurse license

- ASN/BSN
- New graduates welcome to work under supervision per State guidelines
