About This Role

Provide one-on-one Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy to young children with autism, implement intervention plans, and foster strong relationships with families, contributing to a mission-driven care model.

Responsibilities

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in the clinic, adhering to professional standards
  • Implement intervention plans crafted by expert BCBAs, ensuring alignment with ABA therapy principles
  • Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework
  • Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification
  • Previous experience with children
  • Enjoyment working with children
  • Ability to work on a team
  • Reliable transportation to training location and local center
  • Punctuality
  • Able to meet physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods of time, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances

Qualifications

  • High school diploma, or equivalent

Nice to Have

  • Enrollment in or completion of a degree program
  • Degree in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields
