Regional Manager - Metabolic Educators

About This Role

Manage a regional team of Metabolic Educators who provide disease state education to healthcare professionals in the obesity and liver disease space, ensuring program requirements are met and providing ongoing coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate sound decision making and judgment in operational, Compliance, and Human Resources responsibilities
• Support team leadership in the operational execution of all program contractual requirements
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the assigned Clinical Education team
• Ensure all Project Key Performance Indicators are successfully met or exceeded by direct reports
• Provide ongoing assessment of assigned territory's outputs/needs to line manager
• Maintain full working knowledge of program-specific technologies like CRM systems and reporting dashboards
• Support program leadership with the creation and maintenance of client/Inizio requested reports
• Prepare and confirm accuracy of all regionally generated reports, spreadsheets, and correspondence
• Provide operational cover to the program Client Account Director/Manager during planned and/or unplanned absences
• Communicate effectively to direct reports regarding client/program/Inizio Initiatives, Requirements, Changes/Enhancements
• Conduct and document regular field visits with Metabolic Educators, completing Field Coaching Reports
• Provide ongoing coaching and performance management to direct reports
• Verify and validate project roster for any operational changes
• Ensure direct reports have appropriate equipment and technology for their role
• Participate in client and/or Inizio’s meetings to update progress and suggest solutions

Requirements

• Registered Nurse (BSN required), Registered Dietician (Bachelor’s in Nutrition required), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician’s Assistant with 3+ years post-educational experience
• Active healthcare license in field of experience
• 3+ years in field leadership/supervisory management experience in Clinical Education or Field Sales
• Must reside within 60 minutes of a major airport
• Valid Driver’s License

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (BSN required), Registered Dietician (Bachelor’s in Nutrition required), Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician’s Assistant
• 3+ years post-educational experience as a Registered Nurse, Registered Dietician, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, or Physician’s Assistant. 3+ years in field leadership/supervisory management experience in Clinical Education or Field Sales.
