The Rapid Deployment Representative will support vacant pharmaceutical territories virtually and face-to-face, driving the launch and ongoing performance of new products. This role involves executing strategic sales initiatives and establishing relationships with healthcare professionals within an assigned geographical region.
Responsibilities
- Support vacant territories within an assigned geographical region, both virtually and face-to-face, ensuring consistent coverage and sustained sales momentum
- Drive the successful launch and ongoing performance of a new pharmaceutical product by executing strategic sales initiatives
- Develop and implement territory-specific business plans to meet and exceed established KPIs and sales goals
- Establish and maintain professional relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), including key opinion leaders, to educate on product benefits, efficacy, and appropriate usage
- Deliver compelling sales presentations, clearly communicating clinical data and product value to diverse healthcare providers
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives such as speaker programs, symposia, and special events to maximize market penetration
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently, maintaining accurate records and timely reporting
- Adhere strictly to regulatory and compliance guidelines while upholding ethical and professional sales practices
- Participate actively in training programs, sales meetings, and launch events to stay updated on product knowledge and industry best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years business to business or business to consumer sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
- Proven record of driving results in a high-growth company environment
- Strategic thinker capable of developing and driving territory business plans
- Ability and willingness to travel within a defined geographical region, including overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license in good standing
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, science, or related field or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years business to business or business to consumer sales experience required
