The Regional Director oversees patient care and clinic operations across multiple sites within a region. This role champions Clinical Excellence, supports team development, and mentors Area & Clinic Directors to align performance with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of patient care and clinic operations
- Manage multiple Area & Clinic Directors within an assigned region
- Champion Clinical Excellence by monitoring patient outcomes, treatment protocols, and documentation quality
- Drive high-quality patient care and adherence to best practices
- Support team development and manage accountability of Area & Clinic Directors
- Ensure performance aligns with company objectives through same store growth activities and KPIs
- Lead the facilitation of Area & Clinic Directors’ success, providing mentorship and individualized support
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist within the respective state
- 5+ years of experience in a multi-site healthcare setting
- 3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in outpatient care
