About This Role

This role involves providing individualized occupational therapy to pediatric patients aged birth to twenty-one, focusing on customized care plans and encouraging family involvement. The therapist will join a dedicated team in an outpatient pediatric setting, contributing to world-class care in various therapy services.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized one-to-one attention and customized plans of care to children from birth to age twenty-one
• Encourage parents and caregivers to attend sessions to carry skills and home exercises into their child's daily life
• Collaborate in a multi-disciplinary environment
• Deliver best-in-class care and achieve exceptional patient outcomes
• Participate in professional education planning and continuous learning
• Mentor students and encourage skill development through the Clinical Career Ladder

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapist within Virginia
• Dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care
