About This Role

Kodiak is seeking an experienced Refrigeration Technician to service and maintain commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring their reliable, efficient, and safe operation for clients.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems and components
Perform diagnostics on compressors, evaporators, condensers, and defrost systems
Conduct routine maintenance and preventative checks
Maintain accurate service records and work orders
Ensure all work meets local, state, and federal safety standards
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of refrigeration service experience
Experience with ultra-low temperature systems (down to -30°F)
Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of refrigeration service experience with commercial refrigeration systems.
