The Refrigeration Technician is responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and diagnosing maintenance and emergency services on transport refrigeration units for CT Power, a W.W. Williams Company. This role ensures all work is performed safely and to customer satisfaction, contributing to the daily transportation service and repair industry.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality installations, repairs, and maintenance as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures
- Accurately complete all required paperwork (e.g., repair information on work orders, information for state and emission inspections) promptly
- Dedication and adherence to all Company and industry safety standards
- Inspect vital parts to ensure they are in proper operating conditions
Requirements
- 3+ Years of diesel repair and maintenance experience in a heavy truck/fleet dealership or shop environment
- Strong working knowledge of welding, brazing, use of oxygen and acetylene torches
- Proficient in diagnostics and troubleshooting
- Computer and software skills including Microsoft Office Suite
