Responsibilities
- Recruit within the US for technical roles
- Engage with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Build strategic plans for candidate sourcing
- Reach out to candidates via email and virtual methods
- Conduct cold calling and phone screens
- Facilitate in-person interviews
Requirements
- Understanding of a GOAL driven environment
- Experience with high-volume recruiting
- Recruiting experience within Tech
Qualifications
- AA/BA Degree preferred
- 5+ years of technical recruiting experience in a high-volume environment, or 6+ years if no dedicated technical high-volume experience
Nice to Have
- Experience with technical SDE recruiting
- Technical (Boolean searches) skills
- Former agency experience
