The Customer Success Engineer will be a product expert and technical advisor, ensuring customers achieve desired outcomes with Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies. This role involves implementing custom integrations, providing deep product expertise, offering support, and managing customer escalations.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise on Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies to ensure customers and partners maximize product potential
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop, integrate, and implement network security and endpoint solutions
- Serve as a customer advocate, driving product adoption by influencing the product roadmap, leveraging new features, and identifying innovative use cases
- Ensure customers maximize their investment by implementing and operationalizing solutions to achieve security objectives rapidly
- Partner with account teams to deliver a high-visibility, high-touch delivery strategy, technical account plan deployments, and product-level success plans
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional service
- Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW security platforms
- Experience with Enterprise network products (router, switch, servers, wireless, monitoring, management)
- Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
- Proven results as a trusted technical advisor, interacting with client teams at various levels of technical and non-technical depth
- Experience in customer escalations, account management, and project management
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional service, or similar roles
