Customer Success Engineer

About This Role

Serve as a customer advocate and technical expert for Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies, ensuring customers effectively utilize products and achieve their security objectives. This role involves implementing integrations, providing product support, and managing customer escalations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise on Next Generation Firewall (NGFW) technologies to customers and partners
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to develop, integrate, and implement network security and endpoint solutions
• Serve as a customer advocate, influencing the product roadmap and identifying innovative use cases
• Ensure customers maximize their investment by operationalizing solutions to achieve security objectives
• Partner with account teams to deliver high-visibility technical account plan deployments and product-level success plans

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in network security engineering, operations, support, or professional service
• Proven results as a trusted technical advisor

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in network security engineering, operations, support, professional service, or similar roles

Nice to Have

• Working knowledge of Palo Alto Networks NGFW security platforms
• Experience with Enterprise network products (router, switch, servers, wireless, monitoring, management)
• Working knowledge of Windows, Mac, and Linux operating systems
• Network Security certification from Palo Alto Networks or CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, or similar
• Experience in customer escalations, account management, and project management
