About This Role

Use media math and analytical skills to demonstrate Disney's performance across its cross-platform properties and ad solutions. This role involves analyzing campaign measurements to identify optimization opportunities for sales and collaborating to develop media optimization analyses.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of a client's media strategy and campaign goals
  • Drive the process from consultation to presentation of a media plan optimization analysis
  • Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create marketing collateral
  • Provide research to support and sell cross-platform advertising opportunities
  • Help package media optimization case studies and measurement benchmarks for prospecting
  • Ideate and iterate on workflow, process, and go-to-market materials showcasing Disney's measurement capabilities

Requirements

  • 2+ years of media experience
  • Familiarity with media measurement tools: Nielsen Media Impact Planning, Nielsen ONE, VideoAmp, EDO, Samba TRF
  • Highly Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Understanding of media planning and media math (reach, frequency, audience composition, coverage, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the media landscape, preferably digital media
  • Experience communicating at all levels both verbally and in writing
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Proven team player with ability to take on different assignments/projects
  • Strong mathematical skills and interest in finding stories in data
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and problem solve as well as collaborate effectively

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field e.g. Marketing
  • 2+ years of media experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience at a fast-paced web publisher, media agency or TV Network
  • Knowledge of iSpot, TVision, and Comscore CCR offerings
  • Experience working in ad sales, media research (supply-side vendor)
