Rebates Invoicing Analyst

About This Role

As a Rebates Invoice Analyst, you will support the Rebate Finance department by administering pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and pricing agreements. This role involves overseeing contract implementation, analyzing prescription utilization data, and ensuring contractual obligations are met to reduce drug spend for clients.

Responsibilities

• Support the Rebate Finance department administering pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and pricing agreements
• Oversee day-to-day processes of implementing contracts
• Analyze prescription utilization data
• Research variances in invoicing
• Send invoices to pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Reconcile payments from manufacturers
• Interact with internal teams and pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Ensure contractual obligations are met and disputes are handled timely
• Help drive value for clients by reducing overall drug spend

Requirements

• 1+ years of finance, healthcare or pharmacy experience (internships may be applied)
• 1+ years of Microsoft Office experience, with an emphasis on Excel including V-lookup, functions, pivot tables

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; preferably with a concentration in Math, Finance, Economics or Accounting
• 1+ years of finance, healthcare or pharmacy experience (internships may be applied)

• Proven problem solving skills with experience analyzing data
• Strong professional written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical products, pharmaceutical industry, and contracts
