About This Role

Fabricate rebar pieces according to customer specifications using drawings, work orders, or blueprints. Ensure product quality and safety standards are met while contributing to construction projects across North America.

Responsibilities

• Examine specifications of customer orders using drawings, work orders, or blueprints to determine finished item characteristics, materials, and machine setup requirements
• Fabricate work pieces as determined by work order specifications
• Retrieve correct materials and perform various fabrication duties
• Examine work pieces visually, by touch, or by using a tape rule, calipers, or gauges to ensure product meets desired standards
• Package items for shipping and install protective devices to prevent damage during transport
• Follow company safety policy and procedures

Qualifications

• Generally has 0-2 years of experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience with reading blueprints, work orders or analyzing drawings
• Knowledge of construction and industrial products
