Assist equipment customers in finding the correct parts for equipment maintenance and repair. Bolster customer relationships through product support and contribute to maintaining the organization's inventory and displays.
Responsibilities
- Process orders, quote prices, and enter orders into the system for customers
- Pull and process items for outbound shipments
- Ensure cleanliness of parts stockroom and warehouse
- Ensure merchandise displays are stocked and clean
- Perform inventory control functions including receiving, bin locating, and cycle counts
- Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications to provide technical advice and troubleshoot customer problems
Requirements
- HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
- Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
