Parts Counter Associate

About This Role

Assist equipment customers in finding the correct parts for equipment maintenance and repair. Bolster customer relationships through product support and contribute to maintaining the organization's inventory and displays.

Responsibilities

• Process orders, quote prices, and enter orders into the system for customers
• Pull and process items for outbound shipments
• Ensure cleanliness of parts stockroom and warehouse
• Ensure merchandise displays are stocked and clean
• Perform inventory control functions including receiving, bin locating, and cycle counts
• Demonstrate knowledge of products and their applications to provide technical advice and troubleshoot customer problems

Requirements

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• Generally 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility
