About This Role

This role primarily focuses on providing reliable service to customers by accurately entering orders, handling payments, and identifying suitable products. The associate ensures smooth transactional processes and coordinates with team members to meet service commitments.

Responsibilities

• Process orders across multiple channels (phone, email, text, counter) accurately and promptly
• Handle payments securely, including credit card, check, and cash transactions
• Identify stock products and recommend comparable alternatives
• Maintain margin goals within established pricing guidelines
• Coordinate with team members to ensure service commitments are met

Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred
• 0-2 years of experience in area of responsibility
